The fastest and easiest way to apply for an ICAS Assessment Report is to use the on-line application.

If you cannot pay by credit card, please contact us using the form below to request a paper application package. The paper application package must be submitted by post or courier with a paper demand draft payable in Canadian dollars to ICAS of Canada. ICAS does not accept electronic funds transfers.
