From March 24 to July 19, 2020, ICAS’ office was closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the Government of Ontario’s mandated closure of all non-essential businesses.  As of July 20, 2020, ICAS’ office has begun the gradual process of reopening.  It will take several weeks for ICAS to process and review the documents that have been received during the closure.  Your patience is appreciated. You will be contacted by e-mail if additional information is required.

ICAS’ on-line file status system provides the most up-to-date information about the status of your file.  If your file status indicates that your file is in the queue for assessment, please rest assured that ICAS continues to prepare and issue Assessment Reports.  File status information is automatically updated when files are assigned for assessment and as they progress through the assessment process.  If you do not see a change in file status, there has been no change.  ICAS will not be able to provide any additional information by e-mail.
