The fees for some ICAS Assessment Report and services will be increasing on September 1, 2026. ICAS continues to keep fees as low as possible to ensure that cost is not a barrier to accessing the services.
ICAS' office will be closed on Monday, September 7 for Labour day.
The average processing time is 20 weeks after all required documents are received in our office.
All files are handled as quickly as is possible, in order, based on the date of receipt of complete documentation. Rush services are not available.

The following are the current average processing times for each type of ICAS Assessment Report:
General Assessment Report (8-10 weeks)
Secondary School Comprehensive Assessment Report (8-10 weeks)
Postsecondary Comprehensive Assessment Report and Secondary and Postsecondary Comprehensive Assessment Report (25 weeks).
Please note that these estimates do not apply to assessments for immigration to Canada.
