Effective September 26, 2025, Canada Post has suspended the delivery of mail as a result of the strike by members of the Canadian Union of Postal Workers. Canada Post will not be processing any incoming or outgoing mail during the strike.
If you are shipping documents to ICAS please ensure that you ship documents to ICAS by courier. When completing your application, ICAS recommends selecting return delivery by courier. If you select delivery by mail, the original report and any original documents will be held until the strike ends.
If you have already applied for your assessment and would like to change the delivery method, please log into your application
Please note that ICAS does not accept scanned documents in lieu of original documents.
ICAS’ office is open by appointment only for clients to submit original documents in-person.
If you have already applied for an Assessment Report and you would like to schedule an appointment for in-person submission of your original education documents, please contact info@icascanada.ca and provide your ICAS File Number.
If you have not yet applied for an Assessment Report or if you have questions relating to our services, please Contact Us. At this time, ICAS is unable to provide in-person support for any service other than scheduled appointments for submission of original documents. ICAS will be unable to assist you if you visit the office without a pre-booked appointment.
Thank you for your understanding.
