File Status
If you applied for your assessment on August 1, 2024 or later, you can track the status of your application by logging into your Client Gateway Account.
Your account will always have the most up-to-date information about the status of your request. Customer service staff are not able to provide any additional information by phone or e-mail.
Your account is updated when documents are received and processed, if a communication has been sent, when the documentation has been reviewed and your file placed in the queue for assessment, when the assessment in progress, and again when the Assessment Report is complete.

If you completed your application prior to August 1, you can log in using your ICAS File Number and Date of Birth.
