- Complete the online application form (credit card payment required), or contact us to obtain the paper application package.
- Print your confirmation e-mail. This e-mail contains a form that you must sign and send to ICAS with your documents. Please note that both the application form and document submission form must be signed by you, the applicant.
- Send all required documents to ICAS by mail or courier or visit our office in person:

If you would like to authorize ICAS to discuss your file with someone else, please provide a signed, written letter with your application or documents.
