The ICAS Handbook is a comprehensive English and French-language guide to the education systems of selected countries. The bilingual guide includes information about the countries’ education systems, including details for qualifications at all levels, and suggests the level of education in Ontario and/or Canada to which credentials obtained in the countries are comparable.
The Handbook will help employers, educational institutions and others to interpret international educational documents. Volume I addresses the education systems of China, Romania and Russia.
Volume II is currently in production. It will address the education systems of India, Pakistan and Bangladesh.
Volumes III and IV are planned for future release and will include countries identified as special interest by educational institutions, employers and others.
